I was using Liberty Mutual For Coverage on my three cars (full Coverage)
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Amigo's I wanted to share with you some awesome news that has finally come to New Jersey Drivers: GEICO Insurance is now available for NJ Drivers. With that said, I switched yesterday evening with a total net saving of $1738.00 -
For so many years I was paying high rates for coverage I never utilized
I was using Liberty Mutual For Coverage on my three cars (full Coverage)
03 996
05 MDX
01 CLK55 AMG
Liberty charge me $4142.00 yearly
(P.S.I Have No Points)
Now my premiums are as follows:
996 = $980.00 Annually
MDX = $742.00 Annually
AMG = $682.00 Annually
Total Coverage Cost = $2404.00 - Which means more money for Mods
Wow, those rates are insanely low. Do you have a high deductible? How many year of driving experience do you have? My 996 cab is registered under my dad as primary since he is 67 yo and I'm 31 yo. I pay around $900 w a $1k deductible thru StateFarm in NorCal. NJ's rates should be higher than SF.
Hmm...
I thought I was getting a good deal with All-State for my C4S - $2000K/year. I don't have any points, accidents etc. This was actually cheaper than my '05 Audi S4 Cabriolet.
I do admit that All-State has been very good and responsive to any claims. My parents have them as well and they've been involved in a few accidents. All-State has always been prompt, thorough and never really quibbled about any collision repairs.
Besides, I enjoy having my own local agent - they take care of me in more ways than just another Jill or Bob representative on the phone. That's how it used to be with GE Insurance. I know i may pay $1k more than Geico but sometimes, I don't mind paying more for peace of mind. Not knocking Geico as I don't really know. Do they have local agents?
Insurance co don't have physical claim office anymore. They do mobil now so Geico is the same way. I know some insurance insists on generic parts or used parts for body repair. I don't know if they are still that way.
For $2000k/yr, you can get get two Enzo's each year
I've been with Geico for about 10 years now here in Texas and have been really happy. They've even fought a "swoop and squat " type incident I was involved in and a bogus neck injury accident I had, several years ago, with a paralegal from one of those tv commercial so-called lawyers. They fought both cases for me and never raised my rates. Just like every other company, it pays off to call every once in a while to call to verify your rates, but otherwise, I'm staying loyal to them.
I also have nothing but good things to say about GEICO. I've been insured by them for over 20 years, and their customer service was absolutely great. The real test was when I totalled my 993. I heard nightmare stories about what Insurance carriers would pay, so I was really worried. I shouldn't have because GEICO gave me the full retail value. I doubt if I would leave GEICO even if I could find another carrier that charged less.
I pay $310.00 /mo, I have a bad driving record according to insurance companies. They say I am a risk, I have never been in a car accident/made a claim in my life..... but I drive fast. Oh well.
i'm at 1200/year for the 996 which incidentally is cheaper than my wife's toyota landcuiser and her former Volvo XC70 - go figure, no tickets for either of us in the past 5 years (in WA anyway)
i've quoted a few other places but with the balloon, house, etc with nationwide it's tough to beat their prices it seems.
Their service sucks though.
when i start tracking again i am going to put the track car on a separate policy with all-state (they cover DE's, here at least)
My records is clean, driving in NYC/NJ for the past 23 years. The MAG had a problem where as a rock from a dump truck it the front spoiler and broke a strip as well as the fog lights - GEICO came to the rescue, they had an agent come to my house and review the damage, cut me a check and off he went. My dedut yr is $1500.00 -
I have found that rates vary a lot due to deductable( Mine is $500) and even location by town(Voorhees) and amount of liability (250,000/500,000) and in NJ what we call a threshold( I have a "0" threshold which means I can sue if I am hit and the injuries are not pemanent) Most In NJ have the "threshold" which really lowers your rates but takes away your rights. I have gieco also and I pay $2200 a year. Gieco gives only 6 month rates. Did you(RMJDAD) give us the 6 month rate by accident?
I have a 2001 acura mdx, a 2005 honda odyssey insured with liberty mutual at the above benefit which are pretty good for $2600 a year. They wanted an additional $3300 for the 2003 996 cab porsche. I went to gieco and they qouted $2200 for the year at the above benefits. You can even increase lost wages benefits (only $100/wk required,but can be increased to $700), towing, car rental etc.
When shopping rates it is hard to compare without the facts, and I know I have left some stuff out, I am no insurance agent. Go on geico's site, it is easy to change benefits and instantly see the reflection in the rates. Remember in NJ that is a six month rate.
