Pull the headlight and the plastic bracket that it locks into has 3 adjuster screw. I cant remeber the exact proceedure but its not hard to figure out how to spin them down.

Finally got around to doing this. The 3 large brass nuts need to be loosened (19mm iirc). I didn't need to hold the torx center stud. Once loosened, remove completely. The flat one underneath is the one that adjusts the height. The top one just keeps it all firmly sandwiched together. The very bottom one attaches to the sheetmetal - that was firmly in place. Lift the headlight bracket, adjust the lower nuts/flats and reassemble. Make small adjustments that correlate with whatever you are trying to correct. Will likely take numerous attempts.
