Adjustment screws on the bottom of the door panel will not solve this issue, you'll need to take the door panel off. I know because I have the same issue haha

Yep, fixed it. Door panel has to come off. Wasnt the first time thats been done - broken clips, missing screws... Watched a Youtube video first to see where all the fasteners are located. I have a shop manual on CDROM that is completely worthless.
