This is not a probability of success.

A PO had also replaced the taillights with LEDs like yours and it really makes it look like new.

So these arent full LED and a local shop recommended Spyder as a decent aftermarket set up.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Did the obligatory new guy thing and posted in the new member forum and now Im posting here. Picked up a Slate Gray 996 with GT aero a couple weeks ago from local seller who is also on this forum. So far the car is everything I wanted. Replaced some lights and such but overall the car was superbly clean.
Looks sweet.
Needs front lip spoiler. I may have a Cup version for sale as Im going back to the $maller OEM version.
and if youre wondering, it is noticeable on the street at high xx speeds. xxx speeds for sure.
Cup version from Suncoast
Very very nice and the car came with a GT3 lip, Cup lip and I bought a Maxton textured GT3 lip. Ill be out of town for 3 months so I didnt have a chance to really look through the parts bin. Narrowed down my rim by selection to either some Volk TE37s or BBS LMRs.
Nice! I bought a slate grey '99 back in March and I love the color. A PO had also replaced the taillights with LEDs like yours and it really makes it look like new. Mine doesn't have the aero kit though.
So these arent full LED and a local shop recommended Spyder as a decent aftermarket set up. The full LED wouldve been nicer I think but needed something to avoid getting a ticket for a light being out.
