Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

Test all of the brake sensor wires with a multitester for continuity.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

When the key is turned on for two stages, the lights are all on, the engine does not start, After waiting for about 30 seconds, the fault light of the brake pad will automatically turn off. Then after the engine is started, the fault light of the brake pad will always be on and will not go out. The brake pad, sensor and wiring are all correct. Is there any way? This problem can be solved, thank you for your response and teaching

POST 2Original post

Test all of the brake sensor wires with a multitester for continuity. I had a bad one that I couldn't track down but eventually found that the wire was broken at the plug end, not where it connects to the caliper.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I did a lot of measurements, the brake pad part is a series circuit, after connecting 4 wheels in series, to the connector behind the meter, one end is on pin 23 of the blue connector and the other end is on pin 13 of the black connector , normally this circuit is conducting, if the brake pad sensor is worn, it will cause this circuit to be non-conducting. I have measured this circuit. this is normal.

POST 4Original post

Every thread I read on this issue ends the same way: one of the sensors is faulty. Try measuring each sensor by itself to be sure.
