If there are any software / hardware geeks here - how hard would it be to develop an apple or android app that could run within CarPlay which could send the appropriate signals to the car to control the HVAC via the PCCM+ ?

All - I really like the look of the new PCCM+ - I�ve avoided buying it as I have the GT3 lower dash delete and it would leave me with no where to move my HVAC controls..... I know I could easily add my lower dash back in and move the HVAC there but I�d like to pose the following question - If there are any software / hardware geeks here - how hard would it be to develop an apple or android app that could run within CarPlay which could send the appropriate signals to the car to control the HVAC via the PCCM+ ?
