Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello, I keep purchasing factory manuals for the 996 and the Cayenne (202 lbs worth) but I can't find the 996 OBDII . does anyone know of a good source for the OBDII workshop manual for a 2002-2004 DME 7.8? I would like a hard copy but would take it on CD. Thanks in advance, Scott

POST 2Original post

I bought one of these a couple of month ago. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsc...item3a6a9aa6e8 Note that it is for the 7.2 DME and with hard copy it does not have updates.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Doug, I saw that one. I would like a Vcam + one if possible.
