Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Use cd changer connection' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check pms' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Has anyone used this cable on their CDR220? I'm only wanting to play music off of my iPhone or iPod or other device.
External plug in for CDR220
It looks like a straightforward connection to where the external CD player would attach.
I don't have the external player, but I'm guessing that once I plug this in, the head unit will recognize that this is plugged in and the external option will show up on the radio.
I'd appreciate anyone's experience with this.
I have this in my car for the same purpose and it works perfectly well.

You can also get a cable from Becker that connects directly to the iPhone's power port. This will allow you to charge it and to play music without using the headphone jack. I had one in my 996.
Ok, extremely stupid question. How do I tell if my cdr has aux input? I pushed some buttons and see fm1, am and cd. Can I assume that I don't have aux or am I looking in the wrong place?
Gator, On mine (a CDR 220 with single CD player in the unit), to get the AUX to show up, you have to hold down the TP switch for about 10 seconds and "Becker 1" appears. Turn the tuner **** until AUX Off appears and turn it on by pressing one of the arrows underneath. When it displays AUX ON, you just turn the radio off. To access AUX, you have to press the TP switch.
Naturally, there was no documentation for this in the CDR220 manual. I found it on Rennlist in a search (thanks to this forum once again for all the great information).
