This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just put my 2003 911 C2 on the road for the summer and after the first drive Ive developed a leak. The fluid is coming from the back of the engine.(driver side) The colour of the fluid is reddish, but whats throwing me off is the fluid wasnt hot. Any help would be much appreciated. US car

POST 2Original post

Rad fluid from a cracked overflow tank. Common issue

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

When I said back of the engine, I meant where it meets up with the transmission. Coolant tank leak?

POST 6Original post

Quotes source post: 17506527

in that case the coolant line going to if from the aos.

POST 7Original post

To be clear this car is left hand drive?

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sorry. Its a US car. So left side of engine, where it meets the tranny

POST 9Original post

Then is a coolant line to the AOS, or the AOS itself. My AOS broke open and leaked coolant, left side of engine near the transmission. I replaced the AOS, that fixed it.
