Problem started after I replaced the passengers window regulator which works now but we never touched drivers door panel.

I have a c2 1999 911. Drivers door is acting up. After unlocking it takes 2 pulls to open door. Never done it before but passengers doesn�t do that. Door opens first pull if unlocked but if I lock it with key fob then unlock it , door takes 2 pulls. Doesn�t do that on inside handles just drivers door outside handle. Anyone have any advice or experience with this problem?

and if the passenger window regulator needed replacing, it's only a matter of time before the driver's side will too. Has this car been getting more use lately? Doors being opened/closed more often, something that happens with new ownership if that happens to be the case here.

Finished up the passenger door and went to put the car in the garage and the driver side window wouldn't stay down when I released the handle with the door open.
