Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Set hex head, multi-spline, 25-piece (53227)' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Set hex head, multi-spline, 25-piece (53227)' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
On the installation side, I do lock the flywheel then use a 3/8 torque wrench to torque them to 19 ft-lbs, then use a large 1/2 torque wrench with angle capability to do the 120 degrees after.

I would lock the flywheel in place and use a breaker bar.

My tactic so far is to use impact rated sockets and impact it off, since I have a tendency to bend at the bit while using a long handle ratchet or breaker bar.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So far, I've been able to get all of the screws off except for this one.
I've tried the following:
1. Hammered in a hex bit extractor and tried impacting it off, stripped it more
2. Hammered in a triple square and tried impacting it off, stripped it more
3. Lots of Blaster both times
Any ideas on what to do from here? I don't plan on saving the pressure plate/clutch/flywheel so I can afford to destroy it a little, but ultimately needs to come off.
Thanks in advance!
Get something like this.
IRWIN Screw Extractor Set, Hex Head, Multi-Spline, 25-Piece (53227)

there are other cheaper brands and smaller kits, but that will remove the screw with no issues.
That fastener is done. I would just drill the head off and move on to the others. No harm, no foul. But whatever you do, don't strip the main fasteners that hold the flywheel to the crank. (ref pic)
Good luck!
While were on the topic, I am worried about this. I know the pressure plate bolts dont matter as much since youre replacing whats behind it.
My tactic so far is to use impact rated sockets and impact it off, since I have a tendency to bend at the bit while using a long handle ratchet or breaker bar. How do I go about removing the flywheel bolts in a more careful manner so they dont strip?
I would lock the flywheel in place and use a breaker bar.
I would worry that an impact would break my socket.
If the tip breaks off in the bolt, you’re going to have a REALLY bad day.
It's difficult to strip those Torx bolts and that is why they use it. I have always removed them with the proper Torx bits (1/2 inch sockets) on an Impact gun without locking the flywheel. On the installation side, I do lock the flywheel then use a 3/8 torque wrench to torque them to 19 ft-lbs, then use a large 1/2 torque wrench with angle capability to do the 120 degrees after. Use the same Torx bit, with a short extension for comfort. As a backup indicator, I mark the 120 degree positions of the Torx heads, and then use the torque wrench to turn the 120 degree required.
It is worth noting, I got that ridiculously overpriced Porsche flywheel locking tool. It locks the flywheel nicely in place, although the fitment could be better.
Thanks all, this place is awesome. Pressure plate, clutch and flywheel removed.
I was able to remove the screw with the bolt extractor in this picture.
