Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
I would carefully check the seller's feedbacks and make sure that their web-stores are legit before ordering.
Leading evidence: 'Check seller's feedbacks and make sure' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check seller's feedbacks and make sure' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I used to read all the feedback about the seller and the product before purchasing, and that worked well.
Anybody bought any product from here? Mostly trim items and interior led bulb kits, but there was an italian-made short-shift kit (empage?)that was ridiculously low priced. I'm looking for actual experience rather than strong opinions.
I've bought a few things from Aliexpress. Everything I've bought has turned up and been as described. I wouldn't buy anything of great mechanical complexity or requiring too much precision from Aliexpress or anything with a brand name (you know it's fake). Go in with eyes wide open to what you're actually buying and expectations in line with what you're paying and you'll probably be satisfied.
That "Italian" short shift kit shipping from China is
probably
not Italian...but unless the real thing has made in Italy stamped on it, it probably comes from the same factory in China too.
I've bought motorcycle tank pads, brake and clutch levers from Aliexpress vendors and been very happy with them, performed exactly the same as ones I would have bought here with the "name brand". The things I bought were a tenth to a quarter of the price for the same thing bought here.
All this being said, there's not very many things I'd buy for a Porsche on Aliexpress and especially not vital mechanical parts.
YMMV
Yes, I did... I bought a bunch of carbon fiber components for my bicycles both mountain and road bikes, like handle-bars, stems, fork-spacers, seat-posts, water-bottle cages, saddles, even some bike-clothings. I would carefully check the seller's feedbacks and make sure that their web-stores are legit before ordering. So far (knock-on-wood) I never had issues with any of them or their items, though note that it takes a while to get your stuff, sometimes months because the stuff has to clear customs, etc... Also note that their stuff are cheap fake Chinese parts with questionable QC. But again so far so good for my stuff, pretty well made, I must admit. Good-luck. Cheers,
I also agree with Snowfarmer above that I would not buy any engine or suspension parts, or anything critical to the car from these guys. Maybe cosmetic stuff like decals or Alu-pedals, etc...
Ive purchased rolls of gloss vinyl and some suede fabrics from aliexpress and my brothers purchased some minor parts for his m3...havent had any problems as of yet...sometimes it may take up to a month to recieve items depending on where they are coming from but other than that its been pretty smooth
I have a huge experience in AliExpress shopping and I can say that sometimes it is not very safe to purchase from some sellers. I used to read all the feedback about the seller and the product before purchasing, and that worked well. Unfortunately, it takes long time to read all the feedback.
I have ordered lots of things from Aliexpress. That being said, all of the stuff that I have ordered are inconsequential. Trinkets. LED bulbs, Porsche key chain, Best deal was on porsche centre caps. Look good...Ordered 2 sets. Figure will loose one at some point....
You are a braver person than I am. I wouldn't trust any cheap, offshore carbon fiber stem, handlebar or seatpost when I ride. Glad it's worked out for you and hope you stay safe.
I'd like to see the caps actually. Porsche did a big push to get all the counterfeit stuff off the market so its interestering that there might still be caps around.

I have a huge experience in AliExpress shopping and I can say that sometimes it is not very safe to purchase from some sellers. I used to read all the feedback about the seller and the product before purchasing, and that worked well. Unfortunately, it takes long time to read all the feedback. Therefore, I advise you to read a few articles about
Chinese Webshopping
, There aare a lot of brief but very informative articles about how to order correctly from aliexpress, so as not to lose money in vain.
I only order stuff that if it doesn't show up, I'm only out a few bucks. I have ordered maybe 25 different items. 1 didn't show up, other was incorrect. Good things that I have ordered:
Headlight H6 bulb in LED
2 Sets of centre caps
Porsche umbrella
A number of LED bulbs for different cars/trailers
Porsche key chain for the spare set of keys. I think it is better quality than the one I bought at the dealer
Usually I order in mid winter when I'm bored and it shows up in early spring. I would never order anything important. That being said, I'm pretty sure some items are the exact same ones reseller sell.
Does URO actually make the ignition switch? It is $3 on ali (I got mine at the audi dealer tho).
The problem with bikes is that most of them come from China, even the high-end carbon fiber ones. I believe my 2012 carbon S Works HT is made in China, but obviously to a high level of quality. I trust it if I trust the brand. IIRC, the carbon hardtails from Scott and Trek had a propensity for cracking, so I did not trust those models.
Thanks for shedding some light for a non-cycler, I had no idea they had that much of a hold on the market. Then again, they're injected in every other market so I shouldn't be too surprised.
Would be nice to see domestic manufacturing have a resurgence, but I'm sure many would rather pay $5k for a solid Chinese carbon frame verse an identical $8k American frame.
