Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Below you can admire one of the illustrations presented by Polish artist Pawel Kuczynski he cleverly uses satire to portray todays social, political and cultural reality. At first sight, his illustrations might seem funny, but when you look closer, they actually show some serious problems of todays world. Skyrocketing prices of 996 in 3.....2.....1................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

POST 2Original post

My takeaway: Kids don't like to share their toys! My boys drive me crazy with this. Now my car is a classic for sure! If we could now stop being so nice and friendly in this forum, perhaps more of them will explode so that the supply will decrease and you know that old supply and demand thing right....

POST 3Original post

I see what he is trying to get across here but he picked the wrong car. Plus those are clearly after market wheels.

POST 4Original post

"My takeaway: Kids don't like to share their toys!" Seriously? I think it's a little deeper than that... Think metaphor(s)... Happy TG to all

POST 5Original post

Oh yeah, I see the deeper meaning - that kid needs to get rid of the pumpkins in his headlights - geez.

I sould have added LOL to highlight my sarcasm. Should've seen this coming! Anyway, I can see the deep socio-economic extra/intra-racial and political issues not to mention the psyche of the public view (the friend).

POST 7Original post

The two kids aren't using Evian water nor the California 100% silicone water blade so the reason why the kid is saying don't touch my car. The bucket is probably filled with dishwashing soap instead of car wash soap. That kid would make a great Rennlist candidate since he has color matched accesories(bucket, shovel) and also over cherishes and is over protective of his 996 turd, one that even has amber headlights.

POST 8Original post

Clearly the white kid is racist and doesn't want the illegals washing his car taking jobs away from real Americans.

Wow, alpine, biiitttccchhhyyy. Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

POST 10Original post

I look at this pic and think...the white kid is KK obviously in a panic that his car might get touched, or worse, wet. The kid crouching is Jake who is getting ready to upgrade the air in the plastic tires and the kid standing is Alpine...who is getting ready to beat the crap out of both of them. Or it could just be 3 kids playing in a sandbox...

POST 11Original post

Wow. Thanks for sharing this. It hits home in an odd way. In late 2007, a few months after getting my C2, I spent a few weeks in India on business. I had photos of the C2 on my iPod and when I first arrived I was showing off my new prize. We were pretty well protected and insulated by our host companies but it didn't take long to get smacked with the reality of a deeply impoverished population. I distinctly remember looking out the window of my luxurious hotel room and seeing down on the street some men on their bare knees with buckets and rags washing the hotel cars. I never again showed off my prize during the rest of the trip and I stopped wearing the $2k gold bangle I picked up in Delhi. I felt like a fool and became a very generous tipper for the balance of that trip. I still have that hunk of gold somewhere, never wear it and rarely give it a thought these days.

There you go, that's more like it! I knew you had it in ya

POST 13Original post

Im too dumb to say anything about the pic. So far Gonzo is the clear winner. Lol

POST 14Original post

At least they are using the 2 bucket method of washing cars.

POST 15Original post

Why is it that everyone has some political agenda? Kids don't share their toys. End of story. If you want to get political, we can stop supporting the kids with the government issued buckets, shirts, pants, food stamps, housing, etc., and allow them the opportunity to dream, advance themselves, achieve and go get their own Porsche. That's what I did. As well as a huge number of people who availed themselves of the advantages that we are blessed with in the US and not got sucked into the stifling crutch of bloated government assistance that does nothing but suppress creativity, personal responsibility and advancement. End of rant!

Hmmm mine is that the artist shouldn't draw pictures of cars he isn't familiar with. Those are clearly .1 headlights and its clearly a coupe (so you can't argue its a 986), yet it has air intakes on the side. All 996 turbos had the .2 headlights and that is also clearly a non-turbo front end. Call me uncaring or call me an a$$, but if you want me to care about your political statement you need to make sure its correct.
