OMG - like several other owners, my sunroof is not functioning properly. The sunroof switch needs to be popped open first, then closed, and then it will slide open properly. I've been told by other owners that the sunroof motor is at fault and needs to be replaced. Class action suit starting with this thread!! Please list all damages with your post - Mine are as follows: 1. right index finger very sore - many sleepless nights soaking finger and have spent $1200 on massage therapy to date with no positive results. 2. sexual frustration due to none use of index finger on right hand 3. children out of control - not able to scold my children in a sufficient manner - can't point at their messy rooms or dirty dishes that need cleaning. 4. golf game has suffered due to the inability to check wind speed and direction using index finger. $450 in bets lost to date. 5. nose buggers unmanageable - picking ability greatly inhibited. Looking for attorney to take "our" case - please respond asap!

Will this class action suit cover my 2003 996, or are only 996 models before 1999 and after 2005 affected? Are coupes covered, or does this only apply to cabs?

Damned water-cooled sunroofs. Mezger sunroofs are sooo much better!
