Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'll be looking at the condition of the suspension and deciding what items need changing before I have an alignment.

Going to be changing the coils and plugs this weekend and looking for suggestions.

The big benefit of this model is that you can change from front view to side view with the click of a button vs.

No sense in doing that without changing hoses if they look bad.

Figured its worth a look at the bores while Im underneath replacing the plugs and looking at other parts.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Because technology changes so quickly, what are people buying for borescopes to look into the cylinders these days? I have a Milwaukee M12, but the resolution isn't so good. Looking for something to work with my I Phone or standalone. Going to be changing the coils and plugs this weekend and looking for suggestions. It makes sense to look in while I'm doing this work. Trying to make intelligent choices along the way. I'll be looking at the condition of the suspension and deciding what items need changing before I have an alignment. Looking at cooling hoses because I'll likely do a water pump, flush and maybe a thermostat. No sense in doing that without changing hoses if they look bad. Etc... Durametric is in the works. I have quite a few Manometers so I need a oil fill cap to test with.
The important part is look for a 5.5mm model. Larger models will fit but the smaller the scope you buy the more articulation you will have once you are inside. There are tons of cheap Bluetooth / WiFi options on Amazon and the one I picked up worked just fine, very clear picture. The cheaper ones won't have the "90-degree view" option where you can look off of the side of the scope instead of the top - which can come in handy but it's nothing some wrist contortion can't solve.
So I ordered up that one from amazon and I'll see how it goes. Like to be able to capture and post photos of what I see and share for the group to comment on. Interested to see what the six plugs look like and what brand is in there.
Ive been looking at these cars for awhile and cant help being influenced by the alphabet soup of terms, AOS, IMS, RMS, etc. I have 56k miles on the odometer, and a limited amount of service history. So Im going to do some investigation and look for obvious things to preserve what I have and hopefully prevent any further damage. Figured its worth a look at the bores while Im underneath replacing the plugs and looking at other parts.
I bought the Depstech WF060. It's a relatively new model of the one that has been mentioned numerous times on this site. The big benefit of this model is that you can change from front view to side view with the click of a button vs. attaching a mirror attachment to the end to get a side view. You can display both side view and front view at the same time or separately.
