Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

This is the reason my engine teardown and repair thread is on another Porsche site.......a site that is run by the former owner of Rennlist.....isn't that ironic?

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

RL doesn't exist without paying members and sponsors. RL rules for sale is that the seller is required to be a member. You have a cool product and by now you should able to afford an $18 yearly membship.
RL is like the pervy old uncle always trying to stick his hand in your pocket. What does this site do for me that others don't? Nothing (other than play pocket pool with my dingle *****).
Been a poster here for years. Finally had to start a new acc because of d-bags.
Here come the fanboys to defend their precious RL!
It's sad, really.
Or you get worked up when you are guilty. Like I said you have a cool product.....but cripes your drama is too much.....before I know it your going talk about the man....I'm out of this one. Have a great Sunday!
I don't wanted get in the middle of this, but forums are free because sellers keep the site's infrastructure running through ADVERTISEMENT. Good luck with your sale and no I'm not interested in your product.
If you have such a low opinion of Rennlist - the oldest and most popular Porsche site on the web - then just go somewhere else.
This is the only website I pay to remain a member - and I've gotten that $$ back many times over the years. Sure I probably could have gotten most of that content for free, but I'm not cheap.
And one last thing... if you are trying to sell a product, picking fights and antagonizing potential customers is not a particularly successful strategy.
They paying member part is a left over before Rennlist was sold to Internet Btands. 10 years ago to host pictures was expensive so John the owner of Rennlist made paying members have unlimited space to post pictures.....and to have access to a few offlimit site like the gun, political and the off topic forums. This and many other forums make their money on advertising. Before IB bought RL, there was much less advertising. RL is run on advertising revenue. All the other incomes, like your yearly memberships are small potatoes to the RL revenue. I used to be a paying member but not anymore. When a site wants me to pay to post technical write ups with pictures, only to generate them free content that makes RL worth more to advertisers, is where I draw the line If IB was smart, they would let everyone post unlimited amount of pictures but they don't and I'm not going to pay for it......I give my time for free to RL by posting technical wite ups and so on and that should be enough for them. It is enough to pretty much every other car forum, why not to RL? This is the reason my engine teardown and repair thread is on another Porsche site.......a site that is run by the former owner of Rennlist.....isn't that ironic?
