Hey, I bought new wheels for my car, wondering what the factory wheels are worth. They are 17� but have almost new Continental Tires on them. A little rash on a couple but nothing bad.

FWIW, based on my search for new wheels for my 2000 C4 Cab over the past year, which I eventually found, it seems that the 17 inch wheels are the least popular and sell for the lowest prices. Asking prices for the 17's are typically around $400-500 OBO with tires which vary in age/quality. There's 1 set of 987 wheels w/Conti winter tires being offered for that price right now in the Marketplace but there is also a set being offered at $900 w/Nittos on them. So, you should regularly check the Rennlist Marketplace for comparable sales so that you know what your competition looks like.

17s from the 986/996s don�t seem to fetch much(with the exception of maybe sport classic, 10 spokes, and paired spoke later 986 Boxster rims) and particularly these 5 spokes that resemble the 18� twists that seem to be really common. Whoever said $400-500 is probably right in the ballpark.
