Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Folks, I can't remember if a Porsche-Crated Reman engine also brings in all new exhaust bits...Cats?...sensors, tips, etc? well....does it? if not, what does it bring? Thanks! Pete

POST 2Original post

won't include the exhaust system or intake. i'm not sure if it even includes sensors. it should come with pulley's and everything else tho, fuel rails, etc. all you should need to do is connect to your exhaust, connect your fuel lines, accessories and then fill her with fluids.

POST 3Original post

Mine included the headers. The cats and mufflers were swapped from the original engine. The new engine, as shipped from Porsche, is in the foreground. You can see the cat connection flanges in the lower corner. Old engine with headers attached is just behind the new engine. Rack with mufflers and cats is to the left.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
