I just wanted to pass along that this is a great company. I had a new in box 997 Schild that I purchased in 2014 but never got a chance to install before I sold the car. I finally got around to advertising it on the Rennlist Classifieds recently. Jim with lid liner saw the classified ad and PM'd me that I was eligible for a full refund no matter when I bought it. They are even sending me the shipping label to return it at their expense. It was an unusually amazing customer service experience.
That may actually go above and beyond "the right thing".
BTW, I have bought two Lid Liners from them already. Both times when they offered a group buy here in the 996 forum. That's another sign of a company that has its **** together.
