Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261027T013556Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

New to the forum and new to Porsche ownership. This is a great website and very informative. Here is a picture of my 1999 Porsche 996. I have always drooled over these cars and finally was able to get one. Found this one with 58000 miles. Really enjoying this car driving and just looking at it in the garage. I had the IMS changes, RMS, new clutch etc. as preventative maintenance. Original dual row bearing looked and felt fine. Time to take it for a spin.

POST 3Original post

That's a great-looking MkI, looks utterly un-messed-with. Congrats. Enjoy!

POST 4Original post

Nice car - welcome! How about some interior pics? Is the black one related?

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yes the Boxster S is related. I will post some pics of the interior. Interior is in great condition and is black leather.

POST 16Original post

Great looking ride! Looks like you have some aero. Add the taco!

POST 17Original post

What a great pair to go back and forth between.

POST 18 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks all for the comments. I am really enjoying this car. Definitely would like to add a taco. Any advice on where to get one?

POST 19Original post

If you add any aero bits you should do both ends otherwise the car will be unbalanced at high speed.
