Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I run Ohlins coilovers and went with RSS rear adjustable arms to save on tire life
Leading evidence: 'Run ohlins coilovers and went' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). I run RSS's in my 996, you will want to get some adjustable tie rods to correct the rear toe that will burn up the inside rear.

In my C2 I used the H&R street performance coilovers .

Suggestion
if its a car you are going to street drive regularly and do the occasional track day , I'd recommend the street performance H&R coilovers
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

install adjustable control arms if the car is lower down to the top of the tires for tire alignment. and what are your thoughts using H&R RSS ClubSport ?
Thanks
Brad
^^ +1. Though I forgot Tarret call their rear tow links "toe control arms". A set of these in the should be all you need. If performance is priority, research X74 ride height and how to measure. This is about as low as you can go without screwing up the geometry. If all you care about is looks, go as low as it suits you.

In my C2 I used the H&R street performance coilovers .
depending on how much you want to lower it , you may need adjustable drop links.
unless the c4s is really different I suspect you'll find the same.
as for the rss clubsports .
if its a car you are going to street drive regularly and do the occasional track day , I'd recommend the street performance H&R coilovers
If its a car that is going to spend most of its time on the track , then go with the rss clubsports.
the diffence between the two is the SP use bilstein and the rss use koni dampers , and the spring rates are stiffer on the rss.
the rss are a bit hard to live with day to day.
if you want to use the car on the street and be hard core on the track , an adjustable like the bilstein pss9 or pss10 is the way to go.

The factory toe links without a doubt do not have enough adjustment for installing coilovers. I ended up making my own after getting annoyed at the tire wear and the cam bolts occasionally shifting when driving on bumpy back roads. Cam lock plates go a long way with the adjustable turnbuckle style toe links.
I run the RSS's close to the top.

For clarity sake, tie rods refer to the ball joint arms and links in the front that are part of the steering mechanism.
The ball joint and link in the picture above is referred to as a rear toe link or rear toe control arm. This is the pair that you need once you lower beyond about 1.5". And you only need them in the rear.
