Alternatively, if someone has experience with lowering springs but ALSO correctly adjusted the camber (and alignment?), perhaps with adjustable toe links or rear control arms, I'd love to hear about it.

if you take your car to a good alignment shop they may be able to adjust the rear camber more positive to help with the issue.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey everyone,
Previous owner put H&R lowering springs on my '04 C4S cab. Insides of both rear tires are getting eaten alive as nothing was done to adjust camber. Currently thinking about returning car to stock height for the time being, so I'm asking if someone can provide me with the proper parts #s for stock springs. Alternatively, if someone has experience with lowering springs but ALSO correctly adjusted the camber (and alignment?), perhaps with adjustable toe links or rear control arms, I'd love to hear about it.
If I'm going about this all wrong, I'm happy to take advice. At the end of the day, I'm not sure I'm ready to plunk down for coilovers, but am not thrilled with the insides going bald, and the ride isn't that great either. I'd also love to be able to add some spacers down the road, which isn't possible with the current lowered height of the car.
Thanks, in advance, for any help you may have.
I just went to Chandler Porsche Parts website (place i buy from). I looked up factory part numbers and unfortunatley there is alot of options because you would need the color markings that would have been on the original springs. Im not sure what the differences would be between them.
if you take your car to a good alignment shop they may be able to adjust the rear camber more positive to help with the issue. If its at is limits with adjustment you will have to buy adjustable control arms.
Here is the spec from the PET, it is the second page listing all the different springs that they used. There are 4 shown for the C4S, 2 for the coupe and 2 for the Cab, and then some kind of "additional spring" for a C4S with the M030 option which I've never heard about on a C4S. And like Mbren wrote, they have different color markings, but it doesn't explain the differences that the colors represent.
