Suggestion
It would be nice if they could check the condition of the IMS, but that's not practical knowing what has to be done to examine it.

Surely, for $400, they'll change the oil and make you a check list of things that will need to be done to keep the car running for the next few years or so.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Ive got $400 in Porsche credit that will be expiring soon. I've got a 2000 C2 cab with 80k miles. Is there anything unique or cost competitive at the dealership I should get with the money or should I blow it on $200 t-shirts and coffee cups?
I would get a set of backup floor mats for the car, and then a bunch of t-shirts and stuff...
I have no idea what color setup your car has, but if you happen to have a black car and beige interior, get black mats! Black mats in a black/beige car looks great and offers a good change up from the norm.
How 'bout a nice Porsche lighter to burn it to the ground. It won't be long and it will do it on it's own anyway, right? Why not do it yourself?
Yes, I'm just kiddin'
Personally, I wouldn't waste a $400 Porsche credit on t-shirts, coffee cups, or other 911 memorabilia. Those things can be purchased cheap on eBay and Amazon. Instead, I would speak with the service manager and schedule an oil change and checkup.
