I have a 2001 C4 and have acquired some factory GT3 side skirts...I was wondering if anyone knew where I could locate hardware and is there a factory part number as a kit?

Any dealer or OEM parts supplier. If you got the mk1 skirts, you'll need bottom clips and wheel well screws. There's also long metal Sideskirt clips but some elect not to use them and instead use autobody 3m body kit double sided tape instead.
