Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I suppose you could use some sort of safety stands if you're not comfortable with the anchoring...
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What kind of anchors are you using to hold those things down? This is my only real skepticism on the Max Jack - I've seen some video's of failures on them. I suppose you could use some sort of safety stands if you're not comfortable with the anchoring...
I have one and have had it for years - awesome tool.
I found mine on craigslist, but Northern Tool used to carry them. Costco used to have them too.
The new ones (Danmar M-6) have improved safety systems, mine (original Max Jax) has manual safety bars at two fixed heights. I'd prefer the new model.
This makes such a difference for all kinds of work. It is perfect for working on brakes, suspension and tires. Engine and transmission R&R is pretty good too, with a lift table arrangement.
I have Wej-it anchors in two places in my garage. I drilled the slab and installed them myself. I've never had an issue with deflection or movement. There are also epoxy anchors that some guys like.
The main downside (or benefit, depending on how you look at it) is the lift height. It only goes to a max of 4'. The benefit is that you can use it in a low height garage. The bummer is that it is just low enough that it isn't easy to work underneath as comfortably. I have yet to find a low enough stool to make it work well.
The other annoyance is the electric/hydraulic cart, and hoses that are always in the way. Definitely worth the tradeoff for the portability.
The big thing I like is that I can wheel it out of the way when I'm not using it. So it isn't in the way like a permanent 2 post lift is. It only takes 15-20 minutes to install it, going slowly.
I also have a 4 post lift, but use it as a storage lift. Without additional jacking systems, it isn't as easy or convenient to do wheel/brake/suspension work on this kind of setup.
Definitely a great thing for the auto enthusiast.
It came with Wej-it anchors that are 7/8. My slab is more than 5 - I can tell you that.
Ive already replaced the headers on the car. A little roller stool is a you need. Most of my work is on brakes, wheels, etc - so its perfect. Oil changes will be SO easy now. Its high enough for what I need (or can have).
Buy some knee pads or a foam pad for those job like the fuel filter, under car hoses, underbody plastic removal, shift cables, etc. So much better than a jack and stands, but still a compromise. I love mine too.
