I had the IMS on my '00 C4 recently replaced and after the job, the center console lock switch doesn't lock the doors anymore.

Hi All, I had the IMS on my '00 C4 recently replaced and after the job, the center console lock switch doesn't lock the doors anymore. Thus the door lights are always on when the car is running. Are they related and if so, what can I do to fix this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Most definitely not related, no where near each other or connected in any way. The console lock doesn't control the lights, it us connected to the alarm system though ​​​​​
