Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I did all the wrenching on my 993 and the Cayenne was under warranty so went to the Stealer. I don't have the time or inclination right now to work on my car. Im South of the city, so a south side Atlanta shop is best but I will certainly drive across town for a Good, Honest shop. Thanks!

Several threads asking this question if you search. Here is one; https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...anta-indy.html

POST 3Original post

Cali Auto in Stockbridge is sponsoring the PCA autocrosses this year. Scott and Megan are good people and have a terrific shop. I live in West Cobb and they'll be doing any needed work on my car.

Where are you on the south side?

Cool. I'm in The Bubble.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I used Hans at Superior Auto Haus. And how was your experience with Hans? Where is the shop?

POST 11Original post

I use Superior Auto Haus, and the experience so far has been great. Hans and team are great guys and don't push stuff. They actually encourage you to enjoy your car. If you want to keep things "stock" they provide exactly what you need. Want to upgrade, they know their stuff and guide you to what you will need and what to expect. Very reasonable pricing for both parts and labor. Can't speak for the other shops, but based on feedback here, we're fortunate in the ATL to have several reputable Porsche Indy shops.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the recommendations. Im thinking Cali Auto will be the most convenient to use. Its a Porsche only shop and I couldn't find anything negative on line . Ill report back after I have used them.
