I am at my parents house for the holiday and was riding back from a friends house and coolant started spewing out of my car. Upon further inspection it looks like part #996.106.226.51 has cracked and allowed coolant out. I was wondering if there were any acceptable Porsche coolants other than the factory?

+1 to distilled water for the time being (not more than 1 or 2 gallons unless you are really in a pinch)... later you'll need to get the mixture back to 50/50. If the leak is major fix the leak first, otherwise all that expensive distilled water will leak out all over the road and kill lots of things.

A couple at most. And a shop is good because it is done with a vacuum fill. Means no air bubble badness or hot spots down the road...
