Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Replace oil and now 0 psi' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check on renntech and even youtube as well' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

But I've learned (the hard way) that it helps to cross check on renntech and even youtube as well.

I've never had such a crazy oil change experience.

I did something really similar with my tractor and changing the hydraulic fluid but luckily caught the spring in time.

Always use a new crush washer on the drain plug and don't over tighten it.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

How much did you put in? Post a pic of which hole you poured it into. Stock oil filter? What else did you do while you were in there? Did you do any work to the passenger side of the engine?
Thanks for getting back with me Alpine003. I actually just got off the phone with some guys from Illinois that just moved down to South Florida and they answered my question very quickly. Turns out I drain the oil from the wrong for and a spring fell out which operates the oil pump. Long story short I found a spring in my old oil and put it in and everything is fine. I've never had such a crazy oil change experience. $10 spring almost cost me a $20,000 e Engine.
I can see how you could accidentally mistake that bolt for the drain plug. The spring pushes on the piston, so make sure you put the piston back in Tony in case it fell out. Piston is small.
This is the boxster engine diagram, but gives you the idea what you unscrewed and how assembly for the spring and piston goes together.
I did something really similar with my tractor and changing the hydraulic fluid but luckily caught the spring in time. Everything has a learning curve whether it's driving these on the track or wrenching on them. I applaud your efforts to work on the car. Just be sure to research each task, no matter how simple, before you do it. Pelican parts has a DIY for about everything you would want to do. But I've learned (the hard way) that it helps to cross check on renntech and even youtube as well. There's also some guys on here that are amazingly helpful and patient so when in doubt, ask.
Good luck! I think you will find the more you do with your car the more enjoyment it will bring you.
Make sure the piston (#26 in the diagram) is not in your oil pan. Exactly how much oil did you get to drain removing the relief valve instead of the oil drain plug? Can't believe much would actually drain that way. I know it bites but I would start over with a complete drain from the oil drain plug and re-fill. Always use a new crush washer on the drain plug and don't over tighten it. Invest in a magnetic drain plug (better material...like from LNE). Yes, a real good learning experience.
