Other than that, on one of my older vehicles (non Porsche), I took it to a body shop and they repaired the bumper by plastic welding, although I don't know how that is done but it was absolutely flawless and undetectable afterward.

the adhesive will just be a glue, it will dry hard and cant be used on the face surface.

I wouldnt depend on that to make the structural repairs, I would stick with the repair material for the whole job, its going to remain flexable thru its life
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Most of the automotive stores sell a two part epoxy repair kit for plastic bumper repairs. Other than that, on one of my older vehicles (non Porsche), I took it to a body shop and they repaired the bumper by plastic welding, although I don't know how that is done but it was absolutely flawless and undetectable afterward. It was a small crack about an 1.5 inches caused by someone backing into me. I see by Google search that the DentRanger will do bumper repairs as well. Might be worth the $ just to have a professional do it.
Epoxy bonds on non-porous materials are not especially strong; it would suck to "fix" it and then have your painted fix pop back off sometime later.
A better idea of the type of damage being repaired would help.
More like rips. The blue tape around the tow hook are rips out both sides, and horizontally up. There are also rips on the bottom as well. It doesn't have to look great, just better than the race tape.

The best repair strength wise is with Plexus. It is lots more compliant than any epoxy so it will hold up to AX cone bashing better.
Stuff costs about $70 and requires a $20 10:1 dispenser from Amazon. You get a large tube for that and it has a shelf life of 7 months. It sticks to plastic better than anything else.
All good information. Found this at a local auto paint supply house. This will be kind of fun. Should be what I need to install my headlight replacement covers also.

the plastic repair will be to build up and fill and bond the mesh to the bumper. you will be able to sand it and use it as a finish " bondo filler ".
