I have a 2002 c2 with Litronics. My passenger low beam won't turn on. I've tried replacing the bulb and than the ballast and neither worked. The ballast was used but I don't believe it's the issue. I bought from a reputable seller and it looked like new. Also, I took my entire left side assembly and plugged it into the right side and still the low beam would not turn on. This leads me to believe it's in the wiring harness. I've tried searching but couldn't find anything (maybe I'm using the wrong key words). I'm fairly basic with electrical and a moderately capably wrencher. But I'm stuck here. I'm looking for suggestions on what to do next please.

High beam works on both sides. Just low beam on passenger side doesn't turn on. I'll look into the high/ low switch.

you check the voltage in the socket? is there voltage on the contact points or not? If not even check the wire outside the socket. If theres no voltage getting to the socket it must be farther back toward the switch, etc

Just do what OKB suggested then if there's voltage and it's not too difficult, you can swap the used ballast into the passenger light and see if it works. I would not trust a used electronic component just because it looks new.
