My research shows that was a 944 color between 1990 and 1991, not one used on the 911.

Hello All, Looking to buy an '01 C2 cabrio. Paint color is listed as L7 Panthero Metallic. My research shows that was a 944 color between 1990 and 1991, not one used on the 911. Could it be ? Also, is there a site that "shows" what this color looks like? Thanks. Great forum !

Search the web and you'll find a few for sale. The color looks like a metallic black to me. I'd post a pic, but I'm having trouble doing that from my iPad.
