Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

But now its starting to wear through the repaired areas.

I bought OEM leather seat covers (used/great condition) for 200.00 a side for one of my '99's.

Yeah, I used Leather World repair kit on DS seat bolster, it came out great and initially you couldn't tell it was repaired.

Some of my friends have used their Recaro LS leather covers and have been happy with them.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm looking for covers for Savannah Beige driver and passenger seats.
I have 130,000 miles on this car so don't need to invest in anything tricked out. Just the basic leather covers.
Thanks in advance.
Get onto ebay. I bought OEM leather seat covers (used/great condition) for 200.00 a side for one of my '99's. Very easy to slide old ones off and new ones on. Looks just like new.
Man those are cheap. PU Leather is chewed up scrap mixed with resin. Basically fortified plastic. That's what's behind the cheap leather couches that feel like vinyl. Kind of the particle board of wood. I'll call and see if that is what this is or grain leather. It says real leather from superior cows but that doesn't mean top grain.
I'll call them and report back.
Would love any other recommendations.
Yeah, I used Leather World repair kit on DS seat bolster, it came out great and initially you couldn't tell it was repaired. But now its starting to wear through the repaired areas. Really need to replace DS seat back bolster, rest of the seats are in pretty good condition.
I can get picks but the seams are split all over in addition to the holes now "connected" in long diagonal splits.
I'm ready for new seat covers if anyone can recommend a company.

Ask them to send you a sample of the material?
It appears the the Recaro LS and LSeats for $300 referenced above are the same. I think they're an offshore company but very responsive to email. I have swatches of their tan and beige on the way to see if one matches or comes close to my Savannah beige. They did confirm that they are real grain leather and not PU. Comments on the web are very positive. I'm sure they're not the $1200 covers available but might be perfect for my old car. Any other ideas are welcome.
ALCON,
I will eventually go thru LSEAT. My driver's upper side booster is coming apart. It is an all Brown Natural Leather interior. I plan on going with the supple leather. I understand that the company only starts working on the covers once they get an order.
I cannot beat it compared to what the local leather repair shop wants to just fix my side booster..

Discovered this video while looking for replacement seats for my 1984 Volvo 244 GLT Turbo.
Might be something someone will see and decide this is a good fit for them.
I have no affiliation with them what so ever.
Asked a sales rep and for a 2000 (996), the covers they recommended were under $100 for the front seats.
