Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just in case anyone here has removed the seat backs, can someone point me in the direction of any instructions or give any tips to get the backs off for painting? Here is a photo I found of the backs already removed. It is this type of seat Thanks for any advice (before I break them trying to get them off)

POST 2Original post

I can tell you this. My friend and I did this and had his seat back painted. Came out great. Was a lot of work to remove the seat backs but worth it.... I will try to write something up and email to you later...

Thanks OIL996! Now I just need to find the time to do all this. I will also need to remove the center console and all the other trim too and have it painted at the same time.

Thanks for posting. Does anyone know if this is the same method to remove the center pad on the comfort seats? My passenger side lumbar has failed and I'd like to replace the bladder.
