Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

for the lights and bumpers and fenders...piece them toghether from used pieces found on rennlist or ebay, you can save a fair bit of $$ doing that.

Actually if I do just one thing it would be to change the bumper.

Suggestion
You already have the bumper and side skirts, if you need to do anything just add a wing, that will change the look of the car a lot.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Anyone ever see this before? I've emailed him and he say he's got a urethane GT3 bumper for $750 and a FRP GT3 wing and decklid for $1,050.

MA Shaw has a replica wing and lid for $1,375 which I think is a great price. The OEM bumper can be had for $1,400 +/-. So $3K before paint and install which is probably another $1K. I guess I need to start working on my slush fund.
You know when I purchased my car, I wanted to do alot of aero stuff to it. However, as time goes by, you might get to appreciate the classic porsche coupe lines without a wing, etc. Or you could also just stay away from the forums (especially 6speed) that could make you loose your mind on what mod to do next from looking at all the nicely modified cars there.
^^^ I agree with Arnee especially about 6speed. Nothing against it personally, but I do not hang out there as much as I use to, as it is a tuner forum more than Rennlist and people are changing everything on there cars or they like to spend your money on your car. You already have the bumper and side skirts, if you need to do anything just add a wing, that will change the look of the car a lot.
Keep us posted.
Actually if I do just one thing it would be to change the bumper. I do like the simple lines of the MKII wing though. I know what you mean about the mod fever you can catch. I do have three college educations coming up, starting next year.
Nice thread Hijack. Phil, this is the wrong board for a 3.2. Go to the air-cooled 911 forum here -

One word of advice. Once you get there introduce yourself in your own thread and ask your own question.
Good luck.
for the wiring harnesses and stuff, go to suncoast porsche since they give a big discount.
