Still haven't washed it......I can barely stand going out to the garage these days, I'm filled with guilt every time I see her.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
172 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Ok folks, it has been awhile since I have done this.
Here's the deal. I have work to do tonight, but I need to warm up.
I'll do 5 free siggys for the first 5 people who post good quality images of their rides. Please provide the following:
Your name or handle
Your car (year mostly)
A good medium resolution JPEG
That's it. 1st 5 to do it, get free sig image.
Post away.
C.
Chad, Glad to see you back posting over here....now hook a fellow M3 brotha up!
Seriously...if you've got some spare time to make me a sig, shoot me a PM and I'll get you photos of the 996 Aero and M3!
Andy
Oh please ...do me.
Best pic I could find, I could get a better one but I'll have to wait for the opportunity. You're an artist though....

This is the scalled down version for the BB. I'll email a full size one.
Chad,
thank you it looks great. As you can see I am using it already.
Now I got to figure out how to make the image a link. I tried using html code but no luck.
Steven
OK Someone help me here. I saved it to my computer and when I try to edit my signature and use it the message unable to save image comes up? I have been trying this with pics of my Alfa for a while now with the same message so I am doing something wrong I guess?? The file is small enough I think???
My bad, I always host my pics on my domain so I haven't any issues at all. But most people use PhotoBucket but not sure how long the files remain on the site.
Gotta get some work done. Areena and gota911 are the last two to be done. No more until the next time I post. Sorry folks....unless you want to pay me.
C.
Steven try this. WHen you go to the Used CP and Edit Signature enter the entire web site location where you uploaded your file. Make sure you put
[IMG]
before the web site and
[/IMG]
after the web site. I don't know your web site location but it should look something like this, but without the spaces.

Tips and tricks for photos used in siggys:
1. Large images allows for greater control and better final product.
2. Look for that dynamic angle. The better it is, the better the sig turns out.
3. Forget camera phone images. They are always terrible.
Lastly - info. Need the info.
cheers, all...

Ahh man, Im late! Thats what I get for going out of town! Sigs look awesome fellas!
Any chance I can get a late break chad????
Please please please..... I know im begging but please!!!!
If you Decide, you can cut the vette out!

Steven - OK, I just HAVE to say this. Now that you have that really cool looking sig, the "blood line" and the spastic demons really detract from the sig. In my opinion, those puppies have got to go!
P.S. - remember a while back when I recommended that you get the painted bumperettes and also thought you should install the Carrera script???? I wouldn't steer you wrong, bro.
OK Dutchie, I know that we are only a couple of days away from Halloween, but I couldn't stand the f'king pu'nkins in your sig.
Here is a copy of your sig with the pu'nkins photoshopped out.
Aww Tim, but I like them so much too, but you are right
Do you know how to add a link to the sig image, I want to have people click the image to go to my website ???
Well I can always put it back, or I can go with this one:
Actual image removed but here is the link to it:

Geez....I was late, may just buy one. Got a PM from Chad, he's very reasonable.
There are so many fat signatures on this thread, it must be taking up all the bandwidth on the server...LOL
J
PM him....he's very reasonable.
I'm gonna get some great pix and send them over Chad's way. He seems to be very meticulous, and they are really nice.
J
Hey Chad,
I'm brand new to this game. I purchased my car 2 weeks ago and just found this website. There are definitely a lot of hip cats on who are most generous in sharing their time and knowledge. I'm not sure if I'm to late in posting this, but I'm going to try and upload a photo (not sure how, yet). Thanks...JP

J - I sent you that information in confidence via PM.
FWIW - My regular rate ranges from @70-100/hour for design time. So I thought a quick sig worth $25 is fair. Mind you...I am not supposed to be broadcasting on the Rennlist about this kind of thing. I do not want to get Mr. Dunkle in a bunch. If you guys need / want one, please PM me. I'll hook you up.
C.
Actually Tim I haven't been able to figure it out. I want to add the link to the image in my signature, I know how to do that in html, but that does not work.
Here is the html code I would normally use:
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.thespeeddemon.com"><img src="http://www.thespeeddemon.com/MySpace/images/Porsche/sigfile1.jpg"></a>
or
<href="http://www.thespeeddemon.com" target="http://www.thespeeddemon.com"><img src="http://www.thespeeddemon.com/MySpace/images/Porsche/sigfile1.jpg">
Steven - sorry, but what you want to do (imbed the link in the sig pic) is WAY beyond my abilities. If it, in fact, can be done I certainly don't know how to do it!
Chad...so sorry....I didn't have my head on strait that late. Please excuse my absent mindedness....you guys are totally right....Bad Bad Jon. You can edit the price as well...hopefully not much harm done.
Post edited.
Oh, way to go Jon! Thanks for f'king it up for the rest of us. Chad returns after a 2 year absence and it takes you only 3 days to screw everything up.
Jon - just in case you didn't know,
I am kidding
!
Hey, **** happens!
Hey Tim....I think I "know" you well enough to realize you are kidding.
I see his credit in your tag so often that I never realized he was gone! Stinks for you that your sig. is not as much of a standout now....huh? (JK
...kinda...
)
J
OK Chad, these are the best pics "resolution wise" that I can get my camera can take. My daughter misplaced the manual and I am doing this by trial and error. Also, when I resize them to be able to upload, they seem to get more grainy.
I tell her "Honey, I need better pics of the car in order to sell it." That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Actually, I take the pics while she is at work! Thank goodness someone in this house has a job!
Yeah, that's true! Although I didn't tell her that a neighbor came over yesterday to help me change a light bulb in the kitchen. I decided the best thing I could do was hold the ladder!
Tim....car looks great! BUT...next time you wash it...take a sponge to the wheel wells...they clean up pretty easily, and put some dressing on dem tires! Once they get glossy black...makes the entire car look that much better.
Tell your wife it's needed...will give you an excuse to take more pix! LOL
J
Yeah, I didn't apply the Wolfgang tire gel this time.
It is really funny though because the tires look darker in person than in the pics.
BTW - I really like the Wolfgang tire gel (when I apply it
). It is not too shiny but gives the tires a darker look.
OK, got my new sig, courtesy of Chad! It looks AWESOME!
Thanks Chad! I really appreciate your willingness to share your skills with your Rennlist buddies. I know it is greatly appreciated by all of us lucky enough to "make the list."
I want one tooo.... =)
Here are some pictures, I uploaded them in high quality, hope its OK.

Hey Steven, I wouldn't talk if I were you. Considering your red fetish, if you were a woman you would be a prostitute! It's one thing to be a track *****, but an entirely different thing to be just a *****!
Ok, this must be my "kill the pumpkins" week.
Paul (Lazerblade) here is a touched up sig, in which I have harvested your pumpkins and replaced them with clear side markers.
Feel free to use this if you want to, but don't feel obligated to do so. I don't know if you prefer the punkin' look or not. At least you have a choice.
Very cool of you since I took them off a month ago but I didn't have any photos during the ChadFEST Sig night of my car without them.
Your to nice.
Thanks,
Paul
Well this thread was ready to be hi-jacked since the 5 spots were taken
Yep that works, but in looking at your post count and join date, I do not think I will catch you, but you never know, so are you a
