Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Well this was a long weekend, thursday I received my car lift and started install on that night, finished Friday. Friday night two friends show up at 7:00 pm The fun begins with the PSS9 and the Eibach sways' Well the driver side was the hardest, we got faster on the passenger side! The old learning curve (L.C.)...oh and well let me tell you trying to get the convertible top open to see the top of the tower in the rear was fun without any info. 3 min job took us 30+ min to figure out...(L.C) agine Finished the job at 1:30 am Beer was done too! Car is sitting at 25 3/8" off floor Next day Saturday by my self...friends in bed...started the exhaust mod went well that was easy... did have and (L.C.) drilled the firs hole in the muffler and did not stop and bend the tab out and break off....so you guest it dropped the 1.5" round piece of metal in the muffler..#$%^&, I tried for 30 min. to see if it will fall out of any of the 3 pipes NO LUCKhttps://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/banghead.gif, second one stopped early and broke off the cut out hole, I finished up the job and sound good. everything except the metal in the muffler bouncing up and down at every bump. I will pull off the muffler and cut a hole in it, and pul it out, after the 4 corner alinement set up for tomorrow this only took about two hours all and all Sunday I installed the B&M shifter, that was a nice job!! I am glad I saved for last! I got to sit in my nice seat and tinker, this one went smooth First Pic. is before the rest during or after

POST 10Original post

nice! but.. gotta hate <read jealous> anyone who has a lift in their garage.. <sigh> Miss the garage we had when we lived in Raleigh. It was like 16 ft high. Current garage only has about 12" above the door when raised...

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

my garage is only 9'... still works, the cab. helps, with it down the garage door opener is right above the back seat I want to get a new opener that mounts on the spring bar.

POST 12Original post

POST 15Original post

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 17Original post

4 large, Good job! When you told me you got a lift, I was underestimated it. That is a nice piece of tool! Glad to see you got all mods done in the weekend. I am planning to lower my PSS9 set up by another 3/8", aimming to 25 1/4" to 25 3/8". Some thread mentioned that if we lower too much, it may bottom out! Let me know how your car ride.
