Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Leading evidence: 'Fill rim and not' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Fill rim and not' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After looking at it. I noticed that there are 20 bolt heads on that clock. That would average 3 minutes per bolt....
Any other ideas? We must thank Tim K. for his efforts below...
The angle for each hour mark relative to the previous one is 30*. That will not match with the bolts or the spaces or the spokes. The hour numbers, it you choose to add them, will land on a combination of bolts, spaces and spokes. I have marked the "approximate" location of the numbers in the attached pic.
Maybe 12 small Porsche Crest stickers on th outer rim coould suffice as the "hour" markings.
You can draw any numbers all you want but, I think the actual clock mechanism (hour and minute hands) are gonna dictate where the numbers are located.... I would put the clock mechanism in place and draw thick tick marks on the outer lip... kinda like what Tim did..
You could make it big hands that fill the rim and not use numbers. Or once the mech is installed it is pretty easy to see where each hour is when the minutes are at 12 oclock. If you aren't sure where an hour mark is just zero the minute hand to the hour hand and start from there. I guess wheel weights wouldn't make good hour marks unless they are gold or something.
