We're on total home water restrictions, so have to wash the car at these places only to use their water supply - but bring my own supplies.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Charlotte, NC 12:45PM EST, 75F and sunny, slight breeze, beautiful day for a drive!
Took the C4S out for a spin, windows and sunroof wide open to the elements. Listening to that glorious flat-6 whine as I move through the gears is like classical German composed music to my ears.
Stop by the Pcar dealer, which is closed Sundays - able to browse the variety of gorgeous Porsche vehicles on the lot, unmolested. Not that I don't mind chatting with sales folks, but I'm thrilled with my current car and don't want to waste their time.
Drive away to a nearby hand car wash. We're on total home water restrictions, so have to wash the car at these places only to use their water supply - but bring my own supplies.
Freshly cleaned, the Lapis Blue paint shimmers in the sunlight as I pull away towards the Interstate.
When I get home and shut the car door I just stand back and study the lines of the 911 - classic beauty. Life is Good!
Beats mine. I found a nail in one of my rear tires yesterday. The joy of run flat tires means that I'm not sure when I got it... probably last weekend on the drive we did up to Highpoint. It's a good thing that I only drove the car twice this week.
Oh well... waiting for a replacement tire from Tire Rack.
After watching Kimi clinch the F1 drivers title, I had to go for a drive in my C4S. The wife came along for the ride and asked me to stop at Dollar General for a minute. I found a box of Maisto die cast cars (about 3" long, 1/64 scale I guess) in the box was a 996 C4S in Lapis and Arctic Silver for 50 cents each, and they have lowered suspensions! Needless to say I bought the Arctic Silver one. I also found a Hot Wheels Cayman S and Cayenne Turbo. The wife says "Will you ever have enough toy cars?" Of course, the answer is "No."
you are right life is good. I was waiting for something bad to happen towards the end of your story...but no just a happy ending...love it!!
I finally washed my P Yesterday and gave it a wax today..and yes LIFE IS GOOD!!
So, why I don't like Mondays...
Washed the car yesterday. Charlotte in MAJOR draught. Haven't had any rain in almost 4 months. Catch a sprinkling of rain on the way to work this morning. Didn't even make it 24 hours. Could be worse, but I just washed the damn thing!!!
