Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Anyway i digress... since install the rear park assist no longer beeps not a huge issue but would like it to work to avoid any unnessary scuffs any ideas would be greatly received.

POST 2Original post

Most of those systems tap power off the reverse lights, and the fancier ones feed the sound (mono) to a aux in on the stereo that is active when it gets the revers switch feed but I have not looked at a 911 version and my car doesn't have backup assist.. There are backup assist kits that can be added on,, and have a small speaker of their own.. Could probably tuck it in near the rear speakers ? Prob work with the Porsche sensors those are almost all Delphi from what I've seen regardless of the car manufacturer...
