This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

.... so I thought I would post here to get more travel. Here is my question..... I cannot believe how difficult it has been to find extra long wheel bolts for my aftermarket wheels and SPACERS!!! Yes, I must use spacers reluctantly but that is what I must do. I need 47mm shank with a ball seat. I found some that are listed for a Mercedes or Audi but cannot figure why they would not work for a Porsche also. I understand the angle seats are measured in degrees but isn't a ball seat a ball seat?? Can anyone help me either find some reasonably priced 47mm Porsche application bolts or explain why Mercedes type might not work? Thanks Renn List'ers, eric

POST 2Original post

Stock wheel bolts are 45 mm. GT3s are 50 mm. How are you measuring to come up with 47 mm?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the response but I am only measuring the shank.

POST 4Original post

This is the standard 45 mm wheel bolt. If you were to measure like in the picture how long do you need?

POST 5Original post

FVD motorsports has longer bolts that you are looking for http://shop.fvd.de/?VID=92845&VCD=20...ay=5&F=Spacers

POST 6Original post

Or Wheel Enhancement in LA..... http://www.wheelenhancement.com Just curious...how do you know you need that exact length? Tell them what size spacers you are using and they will sell you the appropriate bolts.

POST 7Original post

Bernocco's wife does his suspension, I imagine he has a good idea of the bolt length he needs....

POST 8Original post

Curious who the person in the pic is. Is that your significant other in the pic Eric? I just don't understand why you post pics like the one you did in this thread. Last time you did there were some less that p.c. users that had some very, shall we say, interesting comments about the perceived gender of said person. It appears you have a great ability to ignore those poeple's comments. Just prepare to ignore once again.

POST 9Original post

Wow Dell.... I remember him saying that is his wife (his mechanic) by the way. GL

POST 10Original post

From the other thread right? Not sure what is what though. All I remember is that there were some inappropriate comments questioning gender. IIRC, it was good ole Ben Choi wasn't it?

POST 11Original post

Probably..... I just remember something to the effect of.... Those photos scared the sh$% out of the poster...... but yeah I threw the white flag for them then as well.....
