Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

24 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Robyn - you're selling BOTH cars? What are you going to get next? 997... 997S... 997 GT3... 997TT?

POST 3Original post

Robyn, both cars are amazing... goog luck. Hope your pooling your money for a 997tt Cabriolet.

POST 4Original post

I'm in shock - this is either for a major trade up, or a business deal. Good luck with the sale - that's a beautiful pair. The cars aren't bad either. I'm bad.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks gentlemen...I appreciate the kind words. Yes, I am pooling for a 997...but I am teeter tottering between the GT3RS and the 997TT. A little more towards the turbo!

POST 6Original post

Go for the GT3RS - that's an awesome car! A real head-turner.

POST 8Original post

I was recently up close to a GT3 that my dealer had just recieved for a customer... plastic still on most of the car, but it looked spectacular. It was green with green stitching on the seats, very nice. However, I'd still go TT

POST 9Original post

Rob: would you ever go GT3 for a DD in the NYC area? Dont think I could handle it.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Um...yeah..of course I would...waddya think i am...a girl?! Just kidding!! I've never been to NYC. But, in California...no problem! (even for a girl! )

POST 11Original post

That is one sweet looking 911 Turbo wow same goes for the C2... I absolutely love it robyn, whoever you are, you know wtf you're doing

POST 12Original post

very nice robyn, hope you will get your 997's soon, maybe a turbo and a N/A car as well for another go around...GL with the sale!

POST 13Original post

Hi! You knew I was looking to add a yellow one to my stable. Should have looked me up a couple of months ago.....

POST 14Original post

Great car maybe when I get home... Let me know $$$

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ken, ken, Ken.... You and I know you'd NEVER buy a 996! Not fair to tease a girl!

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Stay in touch Reid...when you get home, if I haven't sold it yet, let's talk.

POST 17Original post

bump for a couple of beautiful rides!!!!!!!!! Love the TT!!!!

POST 18Original post

Some GT3 will fall into my lap. You know, the neglected track rat that's cheap enough to buy out of the petty cash fund..........shouldn't be too long. Come try my yellow car sometime. It's in another world compared to RSA v. 1.0!

POST 19Original post

beautiful cars, if only I could spend twice as much as I can...

POST 20 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I might just take you up on that. I haven't been out to the track in nearly two years!

POST 21Original post

Quick question is the white car a 907? I rented THX 1138 last night - first time for me - and the back of the car looks about right. I was wondering about what sort of 'race car' they dressed up and that looks about the right starting point.

POST 22Original post

And you are waiting for..............???? As you know, I have plenty of spares.

POST 23Original post

910, built by my cousin from blueprints and lots of NOS spares. Built the frame and body himself, copied the uprights into solid modeling software and sells the much uprated components. He's building a couple of 907's now. Will have to check on the THX1138 angle, as the last time I saw it I was more intrigued by how the BART trains and station looked so new (I think they filmed in the Lake Merritt station before the system had even opened.)

POST 24Original post

Be sure to snag the directors cut, if you do. I guessed a 907 because of the film date and missed the clue you had in your sig. Nice harem!
