Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

29 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have been lurking on this forum for about 6 months and have learned a great deal from it. I feel I should introduce myself. I have owned pcars since 1981 and last week traded in my 2001 C2 (a great car) for an 05 tt S. The car is blk on blk with 5,500 miles. It was purchased from a dealer so in addition to the 2+ yrs of original warranty it is CPO, so it has an additional 2 yrs and 100,000 miles. Original MSRP was $152,000. It has tinted windows, K40 radar and laser blinder, and the following options: XPG - 3-Spoke Str Whl-Aluminium Look X54 - Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipes XRC - 18" Sport Techno Wheel XSY - Seat Belts - Speed Yellow XSU - Lowered Seats (-10 mm) P78 - Sport Seats w/Full Leather Int M6A - Black Mats - Porsche lettering 652 - Delete Sunroof XAF - Turbo Aerokit XCE - Rear Center Console Alu-Look E80 - Aluminum Look Package Large Y06 - Alum/Lthr Shifter/Brake Handle XCZ - Sport Shifter It will be my daily driver. I also know I have to post pics so here they are.

nice beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

POST 4Original post

Beautiful intro post, now to fix that issue about my pants.

POST 6Original post

Gorgeous. And imagine, yellow seat belts to match the ceramic brakes. What'll they think of next?

POST 7Original post

Very nice car !!! And daily driven... Wish I could do that in France... Enjoy this new one !!!

POST 8Original post

VERY NICE. Congrats and, although you have been here for a while, Welcome to Rennlist! Thanks for sharing the pisc! I had to laugh at myself when I saw your 4th pic. When I first looked at it I thought you had a hood scoop on the front. Because of the angle of the pic, the left fender looks like it could be a hood scoop that many of us have seen on Mustangs. It's strange how your brain processes images sometimes. OK, you can call me crazy! BTW - you should harvest those pumpkins and install some clear side markers. That would be the finishing touch for your AWESOME car!

POST 9Original post

very nice..black on black with the yellow calipers to offset the contrast.

POST 12Original post

aerokit and sport seats are a must, nice 911! now just slam it on a set of 19s and you're done

POST 13Original post

Wow...that is one hot car. I love the painted console, and while the thought of yellow seat belts doesn't sound so good.....it looks FANTASTIC in that car. The extra "sporty" look for the interior. ENJOY THAT CARRRRRRRR! Best, J

POST 15Original post

POST 19Original post

Great, now I have to sit and look out my work window on Platt St. watching out for a black Turbo S. Thanks! Just kidding. Great addition to Tampa. Hope you see you soon.

POST 21 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the nice comments. I have posted on the TT forum as well. It's just not as active as this forum. I do enjoy them both!

POST 22Original post

POST 23Original post

Congrat's and welcome...this coming from a newbie that just joined. NICE CARRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

POST 24Original post

Great looking car I just purchased an 03-TT in guards red with the turbo aero package as well. Love the combo!!! My only suggestion is to get the "Turbo" wheel caps to replace the Porsche logo caps. Enjoy in good health!!

POST 25Original post

I know and sorry for my ignorance, but what is a TT? Oh I think I have it figured out now, but please confirm: TT = Twin Turbo (I'm still a newbie to the world of Porsche, that's why I am on Rennlist to fix that)

POST 27Original post

I'm new too. I wish I could have bought a TT! The wife would have killed me. LOL!!! Your car is AWESOME!

POST 28Original post

Congrats. That is one mean looking machine. Enjoy it and drive the hell out of it.

POST 29Original post

Absolutely beautiful. Enjoy it as your daily driver. That's what it's meant for.
