Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

In other words, can I put those track stickers on my C4S even though I used a different car in said tracks?

Track Sticker Applicability Question
Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Outcome without a verified action link

I sort of agree but still not convinced.

No unique explicit quoted action; no causal link assigned

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The PCA sticker made me wonder about one thing. I've gone to a couple of tracks down here in SoCal BUT in different cars. What does the track sticker applicability rule state? Does the sticker stay with the car OR the owner? In other words, can I put those track stickers on my C4S even though I used a different car in said tracks? Opinions? Thanks.

POST 2Original post

A friend of mine suggests that they apply to the car AND the driver, that is, you can only have the sticker if you drove that track in that car. I think it is just the driver. If a fighter ace gets shot down and survives, does he not get to put all the marks on his new plane? I would feel just fine restoring my track history onto a new car.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So far, that's what a couple of track friends tell me. I sort of agree but still not convinced. It feels like cheating, however, it makes sense that the track time stays with the driver and not the car.

POST 5Original post

IMHO, if you've driven the track you can put the stickers on your boat if you want to. If you've driven the track which car doesn't really matter. It's only a poseur move if you've never been on the track.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
