Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After two and a half years, I've finally done my first mod. Painted bumperettes from Eric at Bumperplugs.com. I don't think I've ever had an easier on-line transaction. From purchase to fast delivery to easy installation it was so simple (this sounds like an ad). With all the things we here on this site about bad experiences I thought it was good to let people know about a good one.
I've bought painted upper & lower consoles, bat wing & rear seat hooks and MY02 shifter, clear sides, gauge trim rings, alumi-look hazard & ignition surrounds from Eric - quality products & great guy to work with.
Next up is lapis bumperettes.
Waiting for the bonus then it's the B&M shift kit and the Evo do dad....from bumperplugs. Sounds like a good place and site support to boot. Maybe they have a sale. Maybe they have a sale. Thanks guys...appreciate the comments.
Non Smoker unit replaces switch cover and ashtray in 986/996 rear center console. It's a single dished out piece with rubber mat on bottom, can hold cell, iPod, remote, etc.
there are 2 kinds of people in this world.
those that do what they say they are going to do, and then there is everybody else.
eric, is obviously one of the good guys.

Have gotten my ReJex, Bumperplugs, doorplug and Alu Trim Rims from Eric. I can't give feedback on the online experience, since I live in Charlotte and just drive by Eric's office/shop. The in person experience is superb! He's great!
I think we need a sale though on the painted rear center console... (and let's throw a B&M in as well)!!
Dutchie....just email me.
That Rear Center Console IS on sale! Usually $499, now $399.
B&M too, list is $279, we have it at $199.
However, there is a 'local' special just for you.
Email me before Tuesday.
Joe....we had the non smoker for the 997 last Friday, you didn't get the memo?
Man, I just can't believe it. We posted it all over the boards. Everyone who saw the memo got theirs overnighted free of charge, and now they are sold out.
j/k
They do NOT make a non smoker unit for 997/987/Cayman as yet, and doubtful they will. Take a look at the ashtray. If it wasn't there, the space for a non smoker would leave enough room for a stick of gum, maybe.
