Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've been out of town and bad weather prevented me from starting the porsche for about 3 weeks. Yesterday, I tried starting the engine and nothing happened, the battery is fully charged . Anybody with any suggestions or am resigned to call the tow truck to take it in to the porsche dealer.

POST 2Original post

sooo, what exactly happens when you turn the key? any noise? how do you know battery is still good?

POST 3Original post

After sitting for 3 weeks, the battery will not be fully charged unless you have a charger on it. I would start by checking the battery voltage and the cables to the battery. FYI - If your voltage measures under 11.4V, the battery is 0% charged; 12.15V is 50% charged; 12.9V is 100% charged.
