Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Heres the question Could new fluid help in putting down more power to the road? Lets discuss Had the Trans fluid changed and not that I really feel a difference in the way the car drives but on two separate occasion I had the cars PSM kick in . . I also dont believe there is anything wrong with the PSM as I drive hard all day long 1st time was when on the highway and in 2nd gear quick shift into 3rd I had the PSM kick in. 2nd time was 1st gear at 4700 RPMs and floored it. I do have four wheel drive. Now you can say there was sand or it was wet which it wasnt. I can say I never have been able to get the PSM to kick in shifting from 2nd to 3rd. So here is my unproven statement. After the fluid change there is more torque applied to the road at higher RPMs
