This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looking for the nicest chin (hope this is the right terminology) for a 996 02 Cab seal grey with champion RG5 wheels.....with a stock bumper.....or maybe a new front bumper??.....looking for advice....thanks in advance

POST 2Original post

The cheapest/easiest solution is to find a turbo or C4s bumper that someone is selling. Any aftermarket solution is going to eat your lunch in prep and paint work. I took my time and found someone selling a complete C4s bumper already painted in Guards Red and majorly upscaled my C2 for $700 total including shipping and self installation.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thanks for the heads up....i will make a new post.....Ted

POST 4Original post

Agreed. But if you do this, you will realize that it won't look complete without some sort of side skirt so I would include my search to look for these too. Look the beautiful picture of PorschePRH to see what I mean.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

have the side skirt rockers already.......thanks for the info....

POST 6Original post

P-prh..The car looks great but I notice the mk1 wing on the rear w/o the front spoiler. This according to Porsche is a no-no. Do you feel any stability issues at high speed?

POST 7Original post

You are absolutely right Jeff. Porsche will NOT install the rear spoiler WITHOUT the front GT3 spoiler. Maybe he will chime in with his stability issues. But if you are not at triple digit speeds, then no biggie.

POST 8Original post

Well, better late than never, but after 2 years on the car, I have never notice anything that could even remotely be considered high speed instability. Even if the car has 100 lbs of aerodynamic lift as a result of using the wrong combo, I still have about 3000lbs of downforce from gravity...
