I know this topic has been beaten to death, but after searching I hear so many different opinions on this. I have a 1999 C2 narrowbody and found a nice set of wheels cheap for the track. I am running stock suspension and will maybe switch to row m030 later on. I think the front ones are the same. Can I fit these rears on my car with no problems? 18x11 45 offset.

No. The offset is for a widebody: C4S or Turbo. They will stick out on a narrow body and rub if it is lowered.
