Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I recently had my 60k service done and the dealership claims there is another RMS leak. No probem since I'm still under warranty. I bring the car home and it's still leaking oil. I finally take it back after 2 weeks, thinking they did something like not tighten a bolt or something and I'd be on my way in a few minutes. Turns out it's a leaky tranny seal. Today I missed a phone call that went to voicemail which stated someting about "we are working with PCNA on getting you a new tranny". Da HELL!? I can only assume this is all under warranty since he never called me to ask if he is approved to do the work. To put icing on the cake, I noticed an old "star" type crack/divet that has been in my ML's windsheild for about a year has begun to spread, due to the weather I guess.
